Garlicky-Sweet BBQ Drumsticks

Today, we are bringing you a lip-smacking Sweet and Garlicky BBQ Chicken recipe! In this video, we'll show you how to create a tantalizing and flavorful grilled chicken that will make your taste buds dance with joy.

Recipe:
3 1/2 lbs Chicken drumsticks
3 Stalks Green Onions
1/2 Bunch of Cilantro
1 Tablespoon Lime Zests
5 Large Cloves Fresh Garlic
1/3 Cup Oyster Sauce
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
3 Tablespoon Rice Cooking Wine or Dry Sherry
1 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
3 1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

1 Cup Honey for Glazing

Procedure:

Roughly chop green onions, and cilantro.
Zest the limes.
Add green onions, cilantro, garlic, and lime zest in a food processor.
Grind for few seconds.
Add oyster sauce, coconut milk, wine, sriracha sauce, and brown sugar.
Blend to smooth consistency.
Make two slits on each sides of the drumsticks.
Transfer chicken and marinade in a large mixing bowl.
Mix until all drumsticks are coated with the marinade.
Transfer drumsticks in a Ziploc bag, seal, then keep in the fridge for 12 hours.
Grill until drumsticks are fully cooked. Minimum 165 degrees farenheit using a thermometer.
Generously glaze the cooked drumsticks with honey.
Serve and enjoy.
